Check the asking price before you make an offer
Paste a property listing URL. When our observed data supports it, we show confirmed versions of the same offer, asking-price differences and dated price changes.
How the evidence check works
Casatoo groups confirmed versions of the same observed offer. The result can include source links, current asking prices, observation dates and dated asking-price changes.
A match means our data connects the adverts as versions of the same offer. It is not a property valuation, a sale-price record or a guarantee that every advert has been observed.
No confirmed match means Casatoo did not confirm another version in the observed data. It does not prove that no other advert exists.
Worked example with synthetic data
This fictional example shows how to read the evidence without copying a real address, description or photograph.
Observed source A
€420,000
Observed 12 August 2026
Observed source B
€410,000
Observed 28 August 2026
The confirmed versions differ by €10,000 in asking price. That difference is evidence to check with the advertiser; it is not a guaranteed saving or an estimate of market value.
